We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with all our products. If there is any fault in the product or any damage to the packaging that you are not happy with, then we will on reasonable evidence either send you a like for like replacement or offer you a full refund. You can return your order within 14 days even without giving any reason, we will refund you within 14 days after we received the return order. We ask that you let us know of any issues you have as soon as possible after receiving your order. In circumstances where we ask you to return the goods, we will make arrangements at our expense to pick up the goods from your home or place of work (whichever is most convenient for you).
