Single Origin Ethiopia Sidamo
Lightly acidic and full of flavour, this very beautifully balanced coffee from the most famous of the coffee growing regions of Ethiopia has a light and fruity aroma, with a hint of lemons and transforms in the cup into a floral treat. Medium bodied and clean tasting, it is wonderful example of Sidamo coffee.

Grown higher to maximise its flavour potential, left to dry in the sun, then roasted to medium, it produces a medium body drink, and is somehow both floral and fruity, almost tea-like. With only a light acidity, it allows the full Sidamo experience to explode on your palate. To me, this is coffee heaven as either an espresso or filter coffee. Savour every drop!”
