A punchy roasting style that delivers sweet hints of marzipan and caramel with dark chocolate overtones but with low acidity. It has a very very long aftertaste and tons of body and a lovely creamy mouthfeel. An excellent medium-dark roast espresso blend.

A really interesting complexity from the 3 origins but worth the time in the lab to get that big body and long aftertaste. A really bold cup. Great for espresso and milk drinks.”
