This week we’re sharing our favourite coffee-based cocktails. There’s no time like the present to organise a little soiree and get mixing some magic concoctions!

Espresso Martini

  • 45ml Kahlua or Tia Maria
  • 30ml Vodka
  • 30ml Jones Brothers espresso with Big Shot

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass. Shaken, not stirred! Read the full article to make the perfect Espresso Martini, here!

Kick-starter

  • 60ml Vodka
  • 30ml Jones Brothers coffee
  • 15ml triple sec
  • 30ml milk
  • Garnish: a few coffee beans

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a glass. Garnish with a few coffee beans. Keeps energy levels sky high!

Irish Coffee

  • 60ml Baileys Original Irish Cream
  • 120ml Jones Brothers coffee
  • Garnish: whipped cream

Pour Baileys into a cup followed by the coffee and stir. Garnish with whipped cream. A classic!

Mocha Latte

  • 60ml Kahlua
  • 60ml Jones Brothers espresso
  • 120ml skim milk
  • 3 tbsp light chocolate syrup

Combine all ingredients in a glass filled with ice and stir. Naughty but nice!

Hot Shot

  • 90ml Vodka
  • 30ml coconut milk
  • 25ml maple syrup
  • ½ tbsp Jones Brothers coffee grounds
  • Garnish: a few coffee beans

Pour the coffee grounds into the vodka and let sit for three minutes. Strain vodka into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Add the remaining ingredients and shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a few coffee beans. Isn’t coconut a superfood?!

On the rocks

  • 45ml Jack Daniels
  • 30ml brown sugar simple syrup
  • 120ml Jones Brothers coffee
  • Cream, to taste
  • Garnish: whipped cream

To make brown sugar simple syrup, mix equal parts hot water and brown sugar until sugar is dissolved. Combine the JD, simple syrup, coffee and cream in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a glass. Garnish with whipped cream. Surely, for the whiskey lovers.
