Grown in the highlands of Tolima, Colombia, these specialty single origin beans are a bold expression of their origin. Carefully cultivated and expertly roasted, this coffee showcases the richness and depth that Colombian terroir is known for — making it a standout choice for both espresso lovers and filter fans alike.
Bold body, smooth soul.
Expect deep notes of dark chocolate and caramel, balanced by a vibrant red berry acidity. With its heavy body and rich flavour, this coffee brews into a cup that’s bold, full, and irresistibly smooth from start to finish.

High in the misty peaks of Colombia’s Andes, Tolima is rich in volcanic soul and small, family-run farms—an ideal backdrop for coffee that tells a story. We partner with the Casifur cooperative and their amazing farmers who nurture Caturra and Castillo beans at elevations between 1400–2000 m. Their sustainable practices—shade trees, biodiversity protection, and mindful cultivation—set the stage for extraordinary quality.
Once hand‑picked, the beans undergo a meticulous washed process, fermenting gently before sun-drying to preserve clarity and sweetness. This thoughtful journey—from terroir to processing—helps deliver a coffee that’s both bold and refined. It’s this level of care that exemplifies the Jones Brothers Coffee promise: quality grown with respect, roasted with integrity, and shared with joy.
What lands in your cup is something special. A balanced brew with a heavy body and clean finish. It’s a delicious handshake between coffee’s origins and your daily ritual—proof that great beans, well treated, can take you places.

We love this one as a filter — it brings out the clean finish and highlights those subtle red fruit notes beautifully. But it’s also bold enough to shine in espresso and smooth enough for pour-over. However you brew it, you’ll taste the care that went into every step.
