As is typical of the Brazilian component of this coffee blend, we get a heavy body, pretty strong acidity and mouthfeel, but with nice hints of peanutty and fruit flavours from Mexico and Peru. That recognisable strong chocolate and caramel sweetness from the darker roast profile is a nice way to finish.”
