Jones Brothers Coffee Company, an independent and dynamic Dutch coffee brand, has been brewing excellence since 2013 from our cozy base in the vibrant de Pijp area of central Amsterdam. We're on a mission to deliver our Premium and Specialty Grade whole bean coffees and compostable coffee capsules across the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, and beyond via online webshops, e-commerce platforms, grocery delivery services, and traditional retailers.

The Opportunity
As part of our exciting growth journey, Jones Brothers Coffee Company is on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic Customer Success and Supply Chain Executive to join our fun, small team of coffee aficionados at our Head Office in central Amsterdam.
What You’ll Do:
• Be the Heartbeat: You'll be the critical link between our customers and our brand, ensuring top-notch service and fast, friendly communication. Help us exceed expectations and build our reputation.
• Customer Interaction: Manage and coordinate all customer interactions, handling inquiries, questions, and occasional service complaints through telephone and online communication. You are the first point of contact.
• Operational Excellence: Liaise daily between our Sales and Marketing teams and the supply chain to manage product availability, packaging needs, inventory, and delivery. Ensure we have the right stock at the right times.
• Client Satisfaction: Coordinate follow-ups on all business client deliveries to ensure satisfaction and timely fulfillment of orders under correct terms and conditions.
• Drive Growth: Assist us in growing our customer base and advancing our sustainability goals.
What We’re Looking For:

• Shows initiative and is committed to the greater good of the company and our customers
Skills:
• High proficiency in computer skills with a knack for quickly learning new systems
• Strong Excel skills (Note: You will be tested on this during the interview process)
Languages:
Native Dutch speaker.
Professional-level English for spoken and written communication
Availability:
Immediate start or within a short time
Qualifications:
You must be allowed to work in The Netherlands. You must be a Dutch speaker
Location:
You must be willing to work at our office in Amsterdam
Working Hours:
40 hrs per week is our ideal – we can discuss 36hrs if it works better for you
