A classic high-grade coffee from Rwanda! This red bourbon varietal is shade grown and sun dried allowing this naturally sweeter bean to mature for longer. This delivers so many complex and unusual flavour possibilities that every drink is a brilliant experience.

This is a bright, medium acidity coffee. I detect a faint orange blossom and citrus aroma with notes of jasmin and rose. The buttery body illuminates my palate with flavours of milk chocolate, cinnamon, plum and fresh tea leaves, which carry over into the aftertaste. A real delight in a cup.

The Jones blend is our Seasonal Blend from Nicaragua, Brazil, Indonesia and Peru. We change the origins and the flavor profile at least once per year so that we can take advantage of the best available beans and always have something fresh and interesting in the bag. This is definitely the office favourite!

Our House Blend is the perfect combination of high grade coffees from Colombia and Guatemala that creates a balanced drink with a light floral aroma, sweet citrus undertones and a milk chocolate finish. It’s super soft, making it excellent as an espresso or with any combination of milk. We also like it as a filter coffee. The medium to full body and medium acidity completes this great drink.

Single origin, micro-lot specialty coffee beans from Colombia with tasting notes of stone fruit sweetness, caramel, marzipan and cookies. Light spice undertone. Full bodied and balanced coffee.

The Caturra varietal lots have a friendly fruity character, but the base of the coffee has more sweetness of honey or sugar molasses. These special lots are Washed, but with extended fermentations to up to 72 hours. The main harvest is from May through early July.
