Summary of Role This Customer Service role is a diverse and busy central office function, based at our Head Office in central Amsterdam. It is primarily an administration role. We are looking for someone who has good skills; a dedication to, and a love of, excellent customer service; a passion for learning new things; and who will enjoy working every day with our small and fun team of coffee enthusiasts. You will be the central point that provides the critical link between our supply chain, our customers and our Brand, ensuring that we live up to and exceed their expectations for efficient service and fast and friendly communication. We want to continue to build our reputation as a great brand and a great company to do business with. The Job in more detail: 1. You will help us achieve our goals to grow our customer base, and be a more sustainable business and coffee partner 2. You will manage and co-ordinate all customer interactions including enquiries, questions (and occasionally!) service complaints; and resolve issues through telephone and online communication. You are the first point of contact. 3. You will be the link on a daily basis between our Sales and Marketing team and our supply chain partners, various suppliers and our business clients and at-home coffee consumers. 4. You are responsible for forecasting and ordering a variety of coffees from our roastery, maintaining adequate stock levels at our warehouse and office/shop, ensuring product availability; as well as regularly checking and ordering our many other product lines, packaging materials for inventory and delivery; ensuring that we have the right stock of everything at the right times. 5. You will coordinate the follow up to all business client deliveries to ensure they are happy and that all orders are fulfilled on time and upon correct terms and conditions. 6. You will use a variety of back office systems to manage a wide range of tasks including those linked to stock control and b2b ordering portal, email CRM and finance.

You have to be a Native Dutch speaker, as 90% of interactions are in Dutch. Your English must be at a professional level for spoken and written communication
Salary range (depending on experience):
€2600-2800/month (gross) full time 40hrs
