Horny Goat - Ethiopia Guji micro-lot Specialty coffee beans

In homage to the legend of Kaldi and his dancing goats who discovered the wonderfully uplifting affects of the coffee bean in Ethiopia over 1000 years ago, this is our 3rd year harvest for our Horny Goat Ethiopian coffee.

We are super-stoked to have found a new producer in Guji, Southern Ethiopia that we hope to establish a long term relationship with. Known as The King of Guji, Ture Waji has recently developed a new coffee company called Sookoo Coffee and a washing station in the village of Raro Nansebo.

Once again, there is that funky floral aroma so typical of natural process specialty coffee from Ethiopia. This complex cup delivers a zesty juicyness of guava and mango which then gives way to a ripe pomegranate sweetness. A heavenly, textured body and medium acidity delivers a beautifully balanced cup.
