This is a bright, medium acidity coffee. I detect a faint orange blossom and citrus aroma with notes of jasmin and rose. The buttery body illuminates my palate with flavours of milk chocolate, cinnamon, plum and fresh tea leaves, which carry over into the aftertaste. A real delight in a cup.

Full bodied and balanced coffee. Hints of stone fruit sweetness, caramel, marzipan and cookies. Finishes with light citrus flavours and an underlying brown spice.
This beautiful micro-lot coffee is fully washed but has used an extended fermentation process to create a beautifully balance of sweet and citrus, brown spices and marzipan. The natural underlying sweetness reveals itself first as a stone fruitiness and then more towards a caramel and cookies flavour. I love the medium to full body and the creamy texture of this coffee. It has a medium acidity to give it that extra bite as espresso and a light spice note. We have committed to buying this green coffee from El Paraíso for at least the next 1-2 years and we couldn’t be happier.
